• Career Window®: Achieving the Career Success You Deserve ─ Takes participants through a comprehensive process to create meaningful career development plans.  This software-based workshop approaches career development from the employees' perspective -- reminding them of the core values that ground them, their career aspirations, what makes them unique, where they want to go next -- to help them plan for and achieve their career goals.

• Organizational Savvy ─ Helps participants break through barriers to their influence, impact, and advancement due to power dynamics, politics, and negative corporate 'buzz.'  Participants learn to increase their influence in the organization, navigate organizational politics and build high-integrity political skills.  This workshop is offered by our alliance partner, Brandon Partners, and is based on the Wall Street Journal bestselling book, Survival of the Savvy.
