It is available in a traditional classroom setting or in a virtual e-classroom. Career Window®: Achieving the Career Success You Deserve ─ Takes participants through a comprehensive process to create meaningful career development plans. This software-based workshop approaches career development from the employees' perspective -- reminding them of the core values that ground them, their career aspirations, what makes them unique, where they want to go next -- to help them plan for and achieve their career goals.
