Intervention: Provided career development training module and Neisendorf & Associates proprietary career development planning software called Career Window® that were part of a one-year leadership development program for the company’s 250 high potential managers.

 

Brown-Forman

One of the largest American-owned spirits and wine companies; 4,440 employees; 35 brands; $2.8 billion in sales.

Intervention: Worked directly with the Chief Diversity Officer to create the Diversity & Inclusion Strategy for the company which was tied to the Five Strategic Imperatives that guide the business.

 

KLA-Tencor

The world's leading supplier of process control and yield management solutions for the semiconductor and related microelectronics industries; 6,000 employees; $2.7 billion in revenue.

Intervention: Provided executive coaching to the VP, Planning who is the highest ranking female in the organization.

 

 Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory

A premier applied science laboratory that is part of the National Nuclear Security Administration within the Department of Energy; 8,000 employees; $1.6 billion annual budget.


Intervention: Facilitated the Organization Design process for the Environmental, Safety, Health & Quality training group to identify: vision, team goals, optimal structure, key processes, team norms, team goals and roles and responsibilities.

 
 

GCA Strategies

Top public affairs firm when it comes to NIMBY opposition to real estate development; 13 employees; $2.5 million in revenue.

Intervention: Worked with the Executive Team to clarify business model, develop business strategy and agree leadership principles.  Facilitated team offsite meeting.

The Conference Board

The world’s preeminent business membership and research organization.

Intervention – Conducted research study to determine what Boards of Directors need from the company’s succession planning process to meet their corporate governance responsibilities.  Research was published and a series of seminars were held.

 

DirectWomen

An innovative initiative of the American Bar Association and Catalyst, DirectWomen is designed to identify, develop, and support accomplished women attorneys to provide qualified directors needed by U.S. Boards of Directors, while promoting the independence and diversity required for good corporate governance.

Intervention: Provided virtual seminar to membership on successful career planning to prepare for board service.

 
 

Lifehouse

Dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with developmental disabilities and their families.

Intervention: Worked with Staff Development Committee to conduct needs assessment and determine appropriate intervention.  Designed the process and agenda for staff development one-day offsite session.  Facilitated offsite.

  
 

The Arthur Ashe Foundation

Founded by Arthur Ashe to defeat AIDS.

Intervention: Designed and facilitated Board of Directors one-day session to identify the Foundation’s mission and charter.
